The first step to getting your real estate license in Virginia is to complete a 60-hour pre-licensing course which has been approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board. Advanced School of Real Estate offers this course in person at our Virginia Beach location. At registration, we provide an attendance affidavit which will be used to keep track of all 15 modules and turned in at course completion. Students have a generous six months to attend all 15 modules and successfully complete the final course exam(s).
If you are unable to make a scheduled in-person class or would like to finish your class sooner, we have you covered. Although our in-person classroom course runs on a set schedule, we do offer flexibility. The classes are module formatted so each class covers an isolated topic (s) and can be taken in any order. Due to space constraints, any missed classes will be made up in our Zoom classroom as the module comes around in rotation (days or nights).
Students wishing to finish their course ahead of schedule can combine day and night classes by adding Zoom sessions to their in-person schedule and may utilize the Zoom Classroom Module Itinerary to customize a schedule.
