The course definitely challenges you, but it prepares you very well for the exam and makes sure you actually understand the material. Bob is an excellent instructor. He brings real-world experience into the classroom and explains real estate concepts in a way that makes them easier to understand. You can tell he truly wants his students to succeed and takes the time to make sure everyone is following along. I also want to recognize Jennifer, the administrator. She is incredibly helpful and very quick to respond whenever you need assistance. Her communication and support throughout the process made everything much smoother. Overall, this school truly supports its students and gives you the tools you need to succeed in real estate. He goes over everything you need to know and answers questions with great knowledge. Definitely recommend taking advantage of his four key prep class at the end very helpful. I was very fortunate enough to pass his exams on first try and passed the PSI exam on first try, and I couldn't have done it without advanced school of real estate.
